A dedicated consultant sets you up. Included:

  • QuickBooks Online connection, walked through with your accountant
  • Divisions, branches, and job statuses configured to match how you work
  • Role-based training for your Owner, Accountant, and PM teams
  • Prebuilt View templates loaded into your account

  • Because setup is the difference between a tool you use and a tool you abandoned. A consultant connects QuickBooks with your accountant, configures your divisions, branches, and job statuses to match how you actually work, trains each role, and loads prebuilt Views. We'd rather charge for it and have you live in days than give you a free trial and a help article.

  • The license includes five seats at $500/month whether you use all five or not. Most companies fill them quickly between the owner, the controller, and their PMs.

  • No. The sync is one-way and read-only. myWorkflow reads from QuickBooks Online and never writes back.
